Committee Member Lawrence Tutton

Lawrence Tutton is a Life Member and Legend of OIGFC. Known to all as Tarz, he is the current Club Secretary and represents the Club at VAFA level.

A former Corporate Lawyer and Director, currently lecturing in Post Graduate Corporate Governance. Tarz helped form the Club in 1964 and has been involved for in excess of 50 years. Has been Secretary, Vice President, team manager and Club 18 coach.

After 50 years involvement, Tarz has seen the Club promoted from the lowest level to the highest level of VAFA football, and experienced premierships at all levels except Premier Division (A Grade) level.

With a substantial change to the committee, coaching group and the introduction of a women’s team in 2018, Tarz is looking forward to further success; and above all, great fellowship, friendship and Club involvement by all members.
