Our Chelsworth Club Lunches continue to be a highlight of the season, bringing together players, supporters, sponsors, and friends of the club for a fantastic afternoon of food, drinks, and conversation before the on-field action.

This week, we’re honoured to welcome special guest Kevin Bartlett, one of the most iconic figures in Australian rules football and a true Richmond Football Club legend.

Across an extraordinary playing career from 1965 to 1983, Kevin became the first VFL/AFL player to reach the remarkable milestone of 400 games, finishing with a record 403 senior appearances. A five-time Richmond premiership player, Norm Smith Medallist, multiple club Best and Fairest winner, and Victorian representative, Kevin built a reputation as one of the game’s toughest, fastest, and most exciting players.

Following his retirement, Kevin enjoyed a distinguished career in football media, becoming one of Australia’s most recognisable commentators and broadcasters. His lifelong contribution to the game has been recognised with his induction as a Legend in the Australian Football Hall of Fame.

Guests will hear firsthand stories from one of football’s all-time greats, including insights into Richmond’s dynasty years, the evolution of the game, and his remarkable journey both on and off the field.
