Old Ivanhoe Grammarians Football Club (OIGFC)
At the Old Ivanhoe Grammarians Football Club (OIGFC), we aim to ensure that all of our members and patrons are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product or request a refund. Our policy below outlines how we handle refunds and returns to ensure a fair process for everyone involved.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Gift cards

Process for Returns
- Contact Us: Notify us at [Insert Contact Email] that you wish to return your product. Please include your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, will send you instructions on how and where to send your return package.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Exchange: If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please specify this when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@oigfc.com.au.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
